How Many Episodes Will Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Have, Cast & Release Date?

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is an isekai-style anime series that will premiere in January 2021. This anime, which managed to stand out among hundreds of works in the ‘isekai’ genre, was adapted from Rifujin na Magonote’s light novel series.

The anime adaptation of the light novel, which has been running since 2014, was announced in March 2019 and is set to debut on January 11, 2021. It was licenced by Funimation and broadcast on numerous local networks including Tokyo MX, KBS, BS11, and SUN.

Studio Bind, a relatively new studio, is at the helm of anime. The anime is also broadcast globally on Hulu TV, reaching a large number of viewers worldwide.

Mushoku Tensei is the first and so far only anime produced by Studio Bind, a collaboration between Egg Firm and White Fox known for many successful animes such as Re: Zero Starting Life in Another World.

It appears that the studio will continue to produce quality anime in the future. For the time being, fans only have one question: will the anime have a second season?

Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Release Date

We are almost 4 months away from the rumoured release date of Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation season 2. This means we won’t be seeing the Jobless Reincarnation season 2 trailer anytime soon. It will most likely arrive a few weeks before the Season 2 release date is set.

Furthermore, we can anticipate a Season 2 instalment for the anime. This is due to the fact that the entire manga is unlikely to be covered in Jobless Reincarnation Season 1 Part 2. However, don’t get too excited because there has been no confirmation.

Meanwhile, enjoy the official trailer for Jobless Reincarnation Season 1.

The Mushoku Tensei Part 2 OP (opening) and ED (ending) theme songs have yet to be released. They will also be released around the same time as the trailer.

Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Plot

Before we get into Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation season 2, let’s take a quick trip down memory lane with the first season.

The story begins with an unemployed 30-year-old man whose entire life has been nothing but failures. He didn’t think twice about saving a teenage boy from a truck accident in order to do at least one good thing in his life. This incident, however, cost him his life, and he was soon transported to a completely different world.

Magic, sorcery, and swords abound in the new world. With no recollection of his previous life, he resolved to make the most of his new life. Following this incident, he begins a new life filled with mystery, magic, and adventure.

What’s the funniest part? Rudieu remains a pervert in the new world as well. He even marries three times in the fantasy world to which he is transported. Furthermore, Rudeus’ (the protagonist) situation of having a child’s body and an adult’s mind adds a humorous element to the anime.

Even people who aren’t big fans of adventurous and action anime were drawn in by these segments. With its witty and funny quirks, the anime never fails to entertain its fans.

The icing on the cake? The anime has excellent animation that never fails to relax the eyes.
