The Morning Show, an American drama television program starring Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell, debuted on Apple TV+ on November 1, 2019. The Morning Show is also known as Morning Wars in Australia and Indonesia.

Will There Be a Third Season of the Morning Show?

Apple TV Plus has now confirmed that The Morning Show will have a third season. But the show will change now that Charlotte Stoudt, who has written for Fosse/Verdon, Homeland, and House of Cards, has been hired as the new showrunner, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In a statement, Matt Cherniss, who is in charge of programming for Apple TV+, said, “It’s been exciting to see The Morning Show get better and better over the past two seasons. It has explored topical stories that have resonated with audiences all over the world, and it’s also very addicting and entertaining.

“We can’t wait to see where Charlotte takes these amazing characters in season three and to see Jennifer, Reese, and the rest of our amazing cast bring more magic to the world of morning television.” The second season started on September 17, 2021, and only on the streaming service. If the show does get picked up for another season, we might see it again in late 2022 if production goes quickly.

What Could Be the Storyline of the Morning Show Season 3?

Former showrunner Kerry Ehrin gave Deadline some suggestions in November 2021 regarding possible stories that could be investigated in season 3. The executive producer revealed some information, saying that she anticipates a time jump in the upcoming episode. She also thinks Alex’s season may be a significant turning moment for him.

Kerry told the publication, “I absolutely want to see more of Bradley and Laura.” I want to see how the phoenix rises from the ashes for her and how she learns to have a complete life, to be present and loving,” said the viewer. “I feel like Alex has come to a position for the first time since the pilot of accepting who she is and facing her biggest fears.”

Kerry joked that she enjoys concentrating on the Cory-Stella relationship and added that she is “interested” in the future of UBA.

“I think they’re both just such rich characters, and I’m excited to see how they evolve,” the author said of the two books. “I think they’re a terrific story about sort of the transition of the old world and the new world.”

Again, we simply need to wait for more information to become available before we can be certain. There aren’t many specifics yet concerning the series’ upcoming installment.
