In a New Episode of the Kardashians Season 2, Khloe Kardashian Clashes With Tristan Thompson

Khloe Kardashian wants the world to know she is capable of doing awful things on her own. And the first person she doesn’t mind revealing this too is her ex-partner, Tristan Thompson.

According to E! News, Khloe Kardashian made it a point to tell Tristan that she doesn’t need him to pay for their daughter True Thompson’s birthday party for personal reasons. However, she recognizes how the public (and even her loved ones) would interpret this incorrectly, which is why she took the time to explain why she would want to be able to pay for her children’s wants and needs entirely on her own.

Khloe Kardashian Criticizes Tristan Thompson

Tristan Thompson attempted to pay for True’s fourth birthday party in the most recent episode of The Kardashians season 2. Khloe, on the other hand, declined this generous gesture, preferring to take the initiative herself.

“Tristan phoned me and said that he went ahead and took care of the entire party privately,” Kris Jenner told Khloe. “That’s lovely, but I won’t let that happen,” the co-founder of Good American said.

It’s easy to understand why Khloe feels this way. After all, with Tristan traveling the country with his basketball club, Khloe is True’s primary caregiver for a significant portion of the year. Khloe does it all, whether it’s supplying the majority of the toddler’s living circumstances or simply taking her places every day. Giving Tristan some financial power may be a topic she is not yet ready to undertake.

“I’m not sure if Tristan was here today if it would add more stress to my life,” Khloe said. “We get along great as parents, but I haven’t seen Tristan in person since before Christmas.”

Perhaps in future episodes, we’ll discover more about Khloe Kardashian’s approach to her and Tristan Thompson’s co-parenting relationship. Until then, we can only hope that the celebs can find a happy medium that works for both of them.
