About the Story of the Cheer Up
We saw happy moments like when Hae-Yi once left after Sun-ho had finished hugging her, leaving the two leads to look longingly at one another. Jung-woo and Hae-Yi are still trying to figure out what the significance of their embrace means. The frank female lead asks Jung-woo outright if he likes her.
Hugs, according to him, can be given at any time and are frequently used as greetings across cultural boundaries. Theia’s team is split in half the next day, and both teams start preparing for a fresh routine for an upcoming activity.
Before the event, they will engage in an internal competition, with the winner receiving the opportunity to perform live on stage. Hae-Yi is envious because Yoo-min is assisting with the preparation, so she and Jung-woo spend some time together. Hae-Yi is forthright about her emotions in addition to assisting Jung-woo in remembering that team members cannot date one another.
Hae-Yi responds, “Well, rules are made to be broken,” to his claim that his feelings for Yoo-min are buried in the past. She asserts that she has the ability to tell if Yoo-min likes Hae-Yi. He acted in this way when he was attracted to Yoo-min about three years ago, so it is obvious.
But she also adds that she frequently considers what might have happened if Hye-Ri had never dated the cheerleader’s sophomore back when she was the leader. Woo Hae-Yi decides to start living life more fully after becoming fixated on Jung’s hugs.
This is in response to a former Theia member’s advice to the current squad to travel more while they are still young. Jung-woo requests that they meet tomorrow night because he needs to tell Hae-Yi something. It is clear from the date that Jung-woo had intended to confess.
Hae-Yi can’t help but start crying when he won’t admit it, so she leaves before she breaks the awkward silence. Now that we know, Jung-woo is attempting to safeguard Hae-Yi. Not only does he follow Min’s advice to consider what might have happened if they hadn’t started dating, but he also recognises the identity of the sender of the awful texts telling him to fire Hae-Yi from the team.
Recently, Jung-woo discovered a collection of pictures that someone had displayed in his place of employment, indicating that someone is closely monitoring both him and Hae-Yi. In front of the photos is a brief image of Min-Jae. However, he denies any knowledge of the pictures when Jung-woo questions him about them.
