Since July 2018, a manga adaptation with illustrations by Ponjea has been serialized online by Square Enix’s manga website Manga UP! Square Enix has a North American license for the manga. From July to September 2022, Revoroot’s anime television adaptation aired.
The final episode of My Isekai Life season one was released on December 19, 2022, and fans are eagerly anticipating the new season. After a successful first season, there is no reason why the producers shouldn’t be involved in the second season.
There is no excuse for not making an effort to continue the anime after its debut season. Everyone believes that the creators abandoned the series after the first episode, but neither the production company nor the creators have made any official announcements.

My Isekai Life season 2 Cast And Crew
A wonderful cast, including Chiaka Kobayashi as Yuuji, Mai Kanno as Surapacchi, Nichika Omori as Higesura, Azumi Waki as Dryad, Wataru Takagi as Proud wolf, Erisa Kuon as Saruhappa, and many others, can be found in the series My Isekai Life I Gained A Second Class And Become The Strongest Sage. The voice actors for this series are all top-notch, and they are what has made it what it is today.
My Isekai Life Comparison to the Manga, Light Novel Series
With the exception of quickly skimming over the first volume’s worldbuilding, the adaptation’s pace was typical for this point in the season. Up until the battle between blue dragons, which took place in the first 3.5 episodes of the anime, both light novels were adapted into 3.5 episodes each. Although the adaptation’s pacing led to a shaky beginning, the animation studio’s decision was probably wise because Blue Moon of Salvation Church’s tale served as the best climax for the first season.
It would have been a waste of time if the culmination of the cult’s preparations had been merely a battle between two oversized Red Dragons. The final three episodes of My Isekai Life also blatantly skipped most of the plot, continuing the trend begun in Episode 10 to focus on Father Steyl, Walter, and the Dragon of Black Ruin. The anime felt like an edited version of the manga after this because of how drastically they diverged.
There was no mention of the conflict between various animals, the saving of the tamed monster Slibird from the cockatrice, or the tragic history of Sage Tamer Reliol. In Chapter 27 of the manga, Steyl reappeared only after the dragon battle and discussed how he established the Blue Moon Church as a young man. Even the alliance with the shrewd and amicable dragon Baolzard was left out of the anime.
Chapter 19 of the manga corresponds to Episode 9, so the anime skipped ahead eight chapters in total. Unfortunately, Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life Episode 12 combined a heavily shortened version of the original material with an anime-exclusive conclusion.
My Isekai Life Season 2 Plot
The conclusion that the titular anime’s previous season ended on a cliffhanger was not definitive. Yuji is no longer leading a double life as late. Additionally, he will have a much bigger effect on society in the upcoming season. For the second season, the Blue Moon organization has other ideas, though.
The magical fireworks in the second season will probably be more spectacular than in the first. Yuji is not the primary leader of the Blue Moon group, which is another fact that seemed unimportant to the group that wreaked such havoc in Obsdarion.
This evil organization displayed a system called Purifier in the previous season that was almost as large as a nuclear reactor at the time. Nevertheless, this system still needs improvement. The situation will get worse as the Drago ruin grows.
