The idea for the original Japanese anime television series Eternal Boys originated from the real-life Manpuku Gein Production. Liden Films produced this anime, which was also directed by Migimi and written by Kimiko Ueno. Ry Tanaka produced the sound, and Yukari Hashimoto wrote the melody.
Fuji TV broadcast the series’ debut on October 11, 2022. There are 15 episodes in this anime. However, the most recent anime, Eternal Boys, has only had five episodes air so far. Six middle-aged men who have experienced both success and loss are portrayed in the story.
A salaryman, a high school teacher, a soccer player, a child actor turned enka singer, a host, and a management head are among their backgrounds. They decide to transform into an idol group in an effort to demonstrate that it is possible to learn to shine like a star despite your age.

The Eternal Boys Cast
Migmi, who made her series directing debut last year with “Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town,” is the director of this second anime. The cast also includes Yuuko Noichi as Fukuko Manda, Nozomi Sasaki as Makoto Kakizaki, Hiroki Touchi as Asakura Nicolai, Yumiri Hanamori as Ukita Ren, Daisuke Yamanaka, and Toshiyuki Morikawa. Daisuke Hirakawa plays Kentaro Sanada in the play.
