Warzone 2 Game Play
Infinity Ward, who has worked on a number of Call of Duty games throughout the years, is creating Warzone 2. (including the original Call of Duty, the original Modern Warfare and the original Warzone, not to mention Infinite Warfare, Ghosts and the Modern Warfare reboot).
Since Activision recently displayed an early demo at a CoD Next event, there is a tonne of Warzone 2 gameplay footage floating around at the moment. To watch Warzone 2.0 in action, go here:
Fans may anticipate “a significant upgrade of Battle Royale with all-new playspace and a new sandbox mode,” according to the official Call of Duty website. Additionally, as we already reported, Activision in a post based on profits promised “groundbreaking advances.”
We also know that a new engine is being used to create both Warzone 2 and the new Modern Warfare 2, which may cause the finished product to differ slightly from past Call of Duty games in terms of appearance and gameplay.
The game now includes the ability to swim, and cars are getting a major overhaul that allows for more detailed damage, such as punctures. Throughout the game, you’ll also need to refuel your car, either by going to a gas station or utilising canisters you obtained.
Major adjustments will also be made to The Gulag, where the in-match battles will now be two versus two rather than one on one, with the victorious players returning to the main map. However, there is a brand-new way to leave the Gulag: kill The Jailer, an AI foe, and take the prison’s key from him.
Warzone 2 is expected to feature a variety of new weapons, including the much-discussed nuclear that has already been revealed to exist. This allegedly highly difficult-to-use weapon may completely destroy the map and give you an immediate victory.
Map of Warzone 2
The following first-look photograph of the next Warzone 2 map, Al Mazrah, was released by Activision in the blog post stated above:
According to the description of the Warzone 2.0 map, it offers “distinctive and diversified landscape never experienced before in Call of Duty: Warzone.”
Expect “a massive metropolitan area featuring coastal towns, depots, desert, rocky peaks, subterranean spaces, industrial areas, rivers, and an entire city to explore,” according to the game’s description for players.
