In a story that takes place 30 years after Dr. Sam Beckett went into the Quantum Leap accelerator and disappeared, a new crew must pick up the project to figure out what’s going on with the machine and its creator.
I like it. I loved the first series a lot, and I think this one has a lot of potential that haven’t been used yet. I think the main reason most people don’t like this is because the new Sam is very different from the old one.
I’m willing to put off making a decision about how good this brand-new show is for now. I’m looking forward to it. They better have a good explanation for why he changed Ziggy’s code without telling anyone and caused the system to break.
The whole season will depend on how that event goes. If that explanation doesn’t work, I think this brand-new show will fail. The new Sam gives a really good acting performance. I like that person’s attitude. The new Al needs to work on how well he does his job. This character doesn’t seem to be very deep.
People still thought Quantum Leap would get another season and wanted the story to go on even though the last one was over. Still, the show hasn’t been officially renewed yet, so we have to wait until the season renewal to find out what will happen in season 2.

Season 1 Rating
The first season of Quantum Leap came out on August 5, 2022. Everyone who watched this thriller series enjoyed it. The show also got a lot of good ratings and reviews on the internet. It has a 4.9/10 rating on IMDb, a 44% average audience score, and 51% of Google users liked the first season of Quantum Leap.
Because I liked the first Quantum Leap so much, I had an idea of what I would think of the new version before I watched it. Even though it was changed for a modern audience, they were careful to keep the integrity of the original. The pilot is slow to start, but it gets better quickly. It also makes several references to the original series.
I’m going, to be honest, and say that not everyone is going to like it. Don’t decide how you feel about the show based on the first episode. The score of 5.0 out of 10 should tell you how well Amazfeed liked this show.
Season 2 Review
Overall, I liked it because it was fun, funny, and interesting. There are a few references to the original source material, and even though the show has just started, there are a lot of interesting places it can go while still delivering its positive, life-affirming ideas about changing the course of history for the better.
I’ll give you one thing: from what I’ve seen so far, I can already tell that not everyone will like it. I think you should try the second one, though, if you liked the first one. So far, I’m having fun with the characters. The casting is solid as a rock. This is the episode’s first part. It wasn’t perfect, but it was still interesting. I think it’s really cool that the authors gave us a sneak peek at some of the new magic or possibilities.
What Part 1 Sets Up
The old Quantum Leap series was known for being broken up into episodes, but the new series is more like a serial. It’s all about figuring out why Ben got into the Quantum Leap machine in the first place. Ben is one of the best quantum physicists in the world, and he has figured out how to build up enough momentum in time through leaps to get to the future.
In the midseason finale of Quantum Leap, it was shown that he is trying to save his fiancee Addison from a tragedy he knows nothing about. This seems to be because he met another leaper from the future who, without meaning to, told him about things that were going to happen.
Quantum Leap uses time travel as a lot more than just a plot device, so when the show comes back, Sam Beckett should go on adventures he’s never been on before.
On Monday, January 2, 2023, Quantum Leap will be back on NBC. The next day, Peacock will be the only place where you can stream the episode.
