Ichigo and Hitsugaya Are Featured in Bleach: Tybw Celebration Illustration!

The Television, a Japanese weekly magazine, just put out a new cover with Bleach: TYBW’s Toshiro Hitsugaya and Ichigo Kurosaki on it. Ichigo and Hitsugaya are on the cover of the magazine, which is not surprising given how popular the series has been lately.

The cover could also give a hint about who will be in the next Bleach: TYBW episodes. Hitsugaya’s personality makes it likely that he won’t be okay with losing his Bankai. The fact that he’s here could mean that he’ll make a move soon.

The Bleach: TYBW celebration picture comes from Japan’s The Television magazine, which comes out every week. Based on what I can find online, it looks like the magazine is a mix of a TV guide and a review of TV shows. On their covers, they often have both anime and live-action characters. You can usually tell who is who by how they look when they are eating lemons.

Hitsugaya and Ichigo each have a lemon in their hands on this latest cover, which is the same as all the others. A picture of Kon and a short message appear just below the chain on the handle of Ichigo’s Zanpakuto, which seems to be advertising some kind of Kon figure.

As was already said, the cover also has pictures of Jugram Haschwalth, Rukia Kuchiki, and several Gotei 13 Captains, with Kenpachi Zaraki being the most obvious. Most likely, Rukia and Zaraki are being watched here because they lost people in the first Sternritter invasion. Haschwalth, on the other hand, is likely featured because, at the time this article was written, he was one of the more mysterious Stern writers.

The illustration appears to be for the December 3 to December 9 issue of the magazine, judging from the text in the upper-right corner. Given the timing of the release, it appears to be the 50th issue of the year for the publication.

As of the writing of this article, the release of the magazine will also coincide with the release of episode 9, perhaps indicating that Ichigo and Hitsugaya will be at the heart of its events. Hitsugaya was selected to appear on the cover over a multitude of other very popular Bleach: TYBW characters, however, this is hypothetical.

Regardless, it appears like fans will have an exciting few weeks to look forward to in the series, possibly revolving around Hitsugaya and Ichigo.
