Fans of BLACKPINK now have a new reason to celebrate, as the group has just released a brand-new album. According to reports, their music video titled “Kill This Love” has achieved 1.7 billion views on the renowned website YouTube. Friday, the K-pop girl group’s agency YG Entertainment verified the report.

For the uninitiated, ‘Kill This Love is the group’s second video to reach the milestone on the site, following “Ddu-du Ddu-du,” another of their huge hits. Currently, the group is the only K-pop act to have two of their videos hold the record.

“Kill This Love” is the title track from the band’s EP, which came out in April of this year. On the other hand, the main song reportedly debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 at number 41, and the album debuted at number 24 on Billboard’s Top 200.
