Both of the people who came up with the idea for the series did a great job of making the characters come to life. But sadly, sometimes your efforts aren’t enough to make things work. This is what happened in the second season of Gypsy.

The Plot Of Gypsy

Jean Holloway is the main character and represents all of the problems in the series. Even though Jean seems happy and wealthy, she wants more excitement in her luxurious New York life. Michael, Jean’s husband, is also very busy with work and moving up in his career.

At some point, Jean starts to feel like she doesn’t belong in her own home. Jean falls in love with Sidney because she is lonely. Sidney becomes a part of Jean’s life in different ways.

Even though Jean was a cognitive-behavioral therapist, she didn’t notice that she was becoming more and more obsessed with Sidney. At some point, Sidney starts to be wary of Jean because she is married and that could affect how she is with Sidney. No matter how hard Jean tries to hide her life, it all falls apart in the end.
