Kingston (Mercer) According to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, a fifth-grade teacher at Mercerville Elementary School has been giving juveniles alcohol, vape pens, and THC for more than two years.
According to the prosecutor’s office, Bordentown resident Jennifer Debiec, 39, was detained on Tuesday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

According to case documents, the victim’s mother discovered text exchanges between Debiec and her 13-year-old son, which led to the discovery of the suspected illegal behavior.
According to an affidavit in the case, the activity allegedly started when Debiec was the victim’s fifth-grade teacher and has since persisted.
According to the prosecutor’s office, the victim told police in a videotaped statement that Debiec had given him vodka, vape pens, and THC drops on Monday.

Additionally, according to the prosecutor’s office, officials saw text conversations that supported these charges. The prosecutor’s office said that the victim’s mother had taken his phone away as punishment and found the text messages on it.
The inquiry is still ongoing.
