Raising Dion Season 2 was Canceled by Netflix in 2022

Raising Dion was terminated by Netflix on October 26, 2022, and a third season would not be ordered. On Instagram, celebrity Sammi Haney announced the news: “We are so grateful for all the tremendous support from our wonderful supporters. Success-wise, Season 2 was on par with Season 1.

The youthful cast members indicated that the best method to ensure that the show was renewed was to stream Season 2 during the first 30 days of its release on Netflix. In a video posted to Instagram, Griffin, Ja’Siah Young, Sammi Haney and This, according to Robert Faulkner, would be “the quickest and safest approach” to guarantee another season.

“We’ll swiftly renew for a Season 3 if enough people see it and share it,” added Young. The celebrities urged followers to act immediately if they desired more content. Sami Haney, who plays Esperanza on the show, also posted a video describing how viewers can help Raising Dion get Season 3 of the show on Twitter.
