“New from the Fates! Season 2 of Blood of Zeus will feature more of Heron’s escapades.”However, given the success of the anime series, the renewal is not at all unexpected.
The anime series entered the top 10 rankings of Netflix across multiple regions in less than a week. In the US Top 10 list, Blood of Zeus came in third, behind The Queen’s Gambit and The Haunting of Bly Manor, respectively.
We had previously expected the renewal to come at least a month after the show’s debut, so we were thrilled to see that we had been right.
Blood of Zeus Season 2 Release Date
Blood of Zeus Season 2’s release date has not yet been disclosed by Netflix. We won’t likely see Blood of Zeus season 2 for some time. Production of animation projects requires a lot of time. The series was first mentioned in a March 2019 announcement. But it was over a year before Blood of Zeus was ultimately released on Netflix.

We probably won’t see Blood of Zeus again until late or early 2023, barring the start of season 2’s production.

What Will Happen In Blood Of Zeus Season 2?
The thrilling conclusion of season 1 left us wondering what would probably happen in season 2.
After Hades commands Seraphim to bow before him in order to avoid the terrible fate of spending eternity in the Underworld, there is uncertainty over Seraphim’s fate. Heron and the other Gods of Olympus are in difficulty since Seraphim has no choice but to serve the perilous and ambitious Hades.
However, Seraphim will undoubtedly find a means to escape Hade’s control given his conceited and ambitious character.
Who will guide the Gods of Olympus after Zeus gave his life to protect Hera from the giants’ fury is another issue. Zeus’ passing leaves the Gods of Olympus without a leader.
However, the subsequent episodes inform us that Heron, his son, would probably succeed him as the new leader. We assume Heron would likely pursue the same path as his father because he used Zeus’ abilities to defeat his sibling Seraphim in a conflict.
The final question is: what would become of Hera? After the titanic conflict between the Gods and the Giants, the Goddess has yet to be seen. Zeus’ death may persuade her to go back to Mount Olympus, but we don’t know if the other Gods will welcome her.
