Comedian Mo Gilligan will host the new BBC show. Mo Gilligan is known for his hilarious observational humor on Channel 4’s The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan. He’s a judge on both seasons of The Masked Singer UK and The Masked Dancer UK, and he co-hosts Channel 4’s The Big Narstie Show.
During the second season of The Masked Dancer, he took a leave of absence to focus on other projects, and Peter Crouch took over his role.

Mo Gilligan, upon being offered a hosting role, exclaimed, “It was such a delight to work with Jimmy and his wonderful team on the pilot of this show — and now we get to do a series!” I feel incredibly fortunate to have the support of the BBC and NBCUniversal to bring this amazing format to the UK.
