Tomo-chan Is a Woman! In the first part of Episode 6, Tomo’s birthday was the main event. Her friends, like Misuu and Carol, gave her a lot of gifts and invited her to Misuzu’s house to celebrate her birthday. They start the party by giving Tomo a full makeover so she finally looks like a girl. They also make her promise to buy them ice cream on her birthday.

Tomo goes to a nearby convenience store to buy ice cream for a makeover. She still doesn’t know how to walk in makeup and heels, but she runs into Junchiro in the store.
