Space Force Season 2 Release Date: Who Are the Confirmed Characters in This Season?

As far as we can tell from the official trailer and the information we have so far, many of the main characters from the first season will return for the second. A few fresh faces are also likely to make an appearance. Here’s a rundown of the returning regulars from Season 2 of Space Force:

Characterization of General Mark R. Naird by Steve Carell – Mark has taken on the role of the US Space Force’s first Chief of Space Operations. He is responsible for leading a group of scientists and “spacemen” to colonize the moon and establish national supremacy in space. Mark is being evaluated by the new administration to see if his squad can continue operating after a disastrous first mission.

For his role as Dr. Adrian Mallory, John Malkovich – A chief scientist for the Space Force, is 70 years old and, to put it mildly, not the smoothest of people. A militarized space is a concept he strongly opposes. Even though he reports to Mark, he doesn’t feel responsible for anyone and refuses to take commands. However, towards the end of Season 1, his chemistry with Mark has improved.

To see Diana Silvers in the role of Erin Naird – Erin, Mark’s adolescent daughter, exhibits a classic case of adolescent attitude because she is unhappy about the family’s move to Colorado.

Captain Angela Ali, played by Tawny Newsome, is a Space Force helicopter pilot who trains to become an astronaut and takes command of the crew that eventually flies to the moon. Angela and her crew are left on the moon after the Chinese team destroys their shiny new housing.

In the role of F. Tony “F**k Tony” Scarapiducci, and Ben Schwartz excel. He is the energetic and young Space Force social media director, and his mission is to manage optics and improve them as much as possible. Even if no one likes him or respects him, he manages to get things done despite his inflated sense of self-importance.

Dr. Chan Kaifang (Jimmy O. Yang) is Dr. Mallory’s top assistant. His reputation for meticulousness extends even to the way he eats, and sarcasm seems to be his middle name. He and Angela seem to be getting along great, and a romance could be blossoming between them.

Maggie Naird, played by Lisa Kudrow – Maggie, Mark’s wife, is one of the story’s most intriguing figures. As far as we can tell, she has been sentenced to 40 years in prison. Maggie asks her husband for an open marriage after falling in love with a jail officer.
