Mission Yozakura Family Anime Release Date: What Do You Know About This?

The latest chapters of Mission: Yozakura Family are currently in the midst of the manga’s saddest plot arc to date. With a new anime adaptation in the works, the franchise may now appeal to a wider audience.

The first episodes of the anime adaptations of the series from 2018–2020 have recently been shown to readers of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. There are more than 100 chapters in each of these series, making them ideal candidates for adaptation into film or television. Nonetheless, it appeared to be a show that was lagging behind the competition.

There will be new anime adaptations of action hits like Mashle: Magic and Muscles and Undead Unluck.

These magazines ran their versions of the series around the same time as Mission: Yozakura Family, therefore it was inevitable that they would get their own anime adaptation.

Mission Yozakura Family Anime Release Date

According to Comikbook, On December 17, 2022, it was revealed that the manga Mission: Yozakura Family would be adapted into an anime during the Jump Fest 2023 (Jump Studio NEO stage). The release of the animated series is scheduled for 2024.

Silver Link’s Yozakura Family mission is to bring the family to life. Along with the news came a new key visual with Taiyo Asano and Mutsumi Yozakura.

To celebrate the announcement that Mission: Yozakura Family will be adapted into an anime, manga author Hitsuji Gondaira has released a new illustration.

Yozakura Family is written and drawn by Hitsuji Gondaira, who also serves as the manga’s mission. Parts of it have been appearing in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine by Shueisha since August of this year. There are fifteen tankoubon volumes collecting the chapters as of November 2022.

Chapters in English are released simultaneously in North America and other regions by Viz Media and Manga Plus.

Taiyo Asano is a quiet sophomore in high school. He has known Mutsumi Yozakura since they were children, and she is the only friend he has. Mutsumi hails from one of the most illustrious clans of spies in history.

Worst yet, Mutsumi’s life is a living misery because of her overprotective nightmare of a brother, Kyoichiro. To what lengths will Taiyo go in order to protect Mutsumi? It’s time to begin the mission in this spy family comedy.

What Do You Know About Mission: Yozakura Family?

While there is little information available, we do know that Silver Link will be producing the anime adaptation of Mission: Yozakura Family, and that it is aiming for a release in 2024. Hitsuji Gondaira’s original manga series, which follows a guy named Taiyo as he unexpectedly marries into the household of his boyhood friend, is also ripe for adaptation.

Then, he quickly understands that he has been adopted into a family of super spies and must quickly adapt to their dangerous environment. You may find the manga series in the digital Shonen Jump collection published by Viz Media.

The first volume of Mission: Yozakura Family is teased in this way by Viz Media “The only person Taiyo Asano feels comfortable talking to at school is his childhood friend Mutsumi Yozakura. Yet, Mutsumi is descended from a long line of extremely powerful master spies.

Kyoichiro, her older brother, is fascinated with Mutsumi and will kill anyone who comes between her and Taiyo. Taiyo can only escape Kyoichiro’s violent grasp if he marries Mutsumi.”
