Next Level Chef, Gordon Ramsay’s groundbreaking food show, has been renewed for a third and fourth season by Fox. This comes following the show’s cancellation in March (opens in new tab) in the United Kingdom.
On Next Level Chef, competing teams of chefs from different culinary backgrounds are led by a celebrity chef. The teams compete each week to see who will get to work in the top kitchen and use the best tools and supplies. The other two groups are responsible for the lowest levels, where the tools and materials are progressively less ideal for the job.
I’m ecstatic to announce that Fox has ordered two additional seasons of Next Level Chef. Ramsay stated in a statement after the program was renewed, “It’s the culinary gauntlet of cooking competition shows, and we’re excited to continue to raise the bar.”
Next Level Chef Season 3 Release Date
According to sources, Due to the timing of the announcement (May, mere hours before the season two finale), it may be some time before we learn when we can expect to see Next Level Chef: Season Three. The main question is whether Fox will keep releasing it in the spring or move it to the fall.
We will continue to update this page as new details become available. Now that the show has been canceled in the UK, we’ll see if the American remake ever makes it there.
Next Level Chef Season 3 Cast Members: Who Are in It?
We have no idea who will be competing on Next Level Chef Season 3, nor can we assume that the same three mentors from Season 2 will be back to help the teams reach the top. Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, and Richard Blais were the season 2 mentors.
Gordon Ramsay hosts, advises, and is an executive producer on the series. Ramsay is one of the most well-known and well-respected celebrity chefs in the world thanks to his success with the television series Hell’s Kitchen. His characteristic in-your-face rants are enough to make his rivals cower in dread, but he’s a wonderful person who does a lot to help out the culinary community despite his rough attitude.
Next Level Chef Season 3 Plotline: What Can We Expect From It?
There is no official summary for Season 3, but here is what happened in Season 2:
Ramsay has built a unique culinary gauntlet, set on an iconic stage like you’ve never seen before, making Next Level Chef the next evolution in cooking competitions. Each of the kitchens on the building’s three levels is unique from the others.
Ramsay thinks the true measure of great chefs is not just what they can do in the best of circumstances, but what kind of magic they can produce in the worst, therefore he makes sure that the ingredients complement the setting from the gleaming top floor to the tough bottom of the basement.
To identify the next big thing in the food industry, Ramsay “leveled the playing field” and invited the best line cooks, home chefs, social media stars, food truck entrepreneurs, and everyone in between to compete.
