Enclave at Ocean by Toll Brothers

Since 1967, Toll Brothers has been creating homes and communities across the country, including luxury communities, residences and apartments, college campus residences and active adult and active living communities.
 

Toll Brothers, named the top home builder worldwide in a 2016 Fortune Magazine survey, builds single-family detached and attached home communities, as well as residential, resort-style golf communities. At the Jersey Shore, Toll Brothers has built Sea Breeze at Lacey in Forked River,  as well as a number of single-family estate home, active-adult, and carriage home communities in Eastern Monmouth County within 15 minutes of the beach.
 

Enclave at Ocean is a new community coming soon to Ocean Township, according to Andrea Meck, Senior Marketing Manager for Toll Brothers. The new community will be a 55-plus Active Living community with a clubhouse and single-family one- and two-story homes.


The quaint 75-home community, not far from Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, and Red Bank and just five miles from Deal Beach, will feature single-family homes, a community clubhouse, fitness center and pool.

“The residential new home market in New Jersey is good,” Meck told JerseyShoreVibe. “Our communities across suburban New Jersey are very popular with buyers and real estate agents, and we have seen success in our luxury market. Meck said that buyers want what trends point to-- a more relaxed and casual living space with open floor plans.
 

“This type of layout allows for better flow and larger entertaining spaces in homes,” Meck said. “In addition, indoor/outdoor living is hot right now. We are bringing some of our indoor/outdoor living designs from the west coast to the east coast. Recognizing the climate is different here, we have still been able to develop numerous options to take full advantage of outdoor living spaces in the spring, summer, and fall.”
